Bourgeois at NY Film Forum

The traveling retrospective exhibition of works by Season 2 artist Louise Bourgeois opens at the Guggenheim Museum, New York on Friday, June 27. Corresponding with the exhibition, Louise Bourgeois: The Spider, The Mistress, and The Tangerine will show at NY Film Forum June 25 through July 8. Fifteen-years in the making, this feature-length documentary was co-directed by Amei Wallach and the late Marion Cajori. Appearances include Jerry Gorovoy (Bourgeois’ assistant for 30 years), the Guerilla Girls, and curator/critics Charlotta Kotik, Robert Storr, and Deborah Wye.
