- From 6 to 8pm tomorrow, Season 2 artist Collier Schorr will sign copies of her book There I Was at Dashwood Books in New York.
- Silent Writing, an exhibition of works by Barbara Kruger (Season 1), Jenny Holzer (Season 4) and other contemporary artists is now on view at Espace Louis Vuitton in Paris. Women’s Wear Daily has the scoop on the glyphic tablets from Easter Island that inspired the exhibition.
- On April 2, Mark Dion (Season 4) will lecture at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston. Dion’s talk is presented in conjunction with Confluence Points of View on Buffalo Bayou, a multi-year contemporary art project that will introduce public art within the environs of Houston’s historic waterway.
- Season 3 artist Matthew Ritchie is included in The Kaleidoscopic Eye, an exhibition at Tokyo’s Mori Art Museum. Opens April 5.
- Beginning April 11, e-flux will present the book project Unbuilt Roads: 107 Unrealized Projects as a public archive. This collection of unrealized projects includes descriptions by Art21’s Laurie Anderson (Season 1), Cai Guo-Qiang (Season 3), and Pierre Huyghe (Season 4).
- Migrating Forms has released the list of films that will screen at their premiere event, which runs April 15-19 at Anthology Film Archives. A piece by Season 4 artists Allora & Calzadilla will screen on April 18.
- Richard Serra (Season 1) and Vija Celmins (Season 2) are among the group of artists selected to create posters and prints in celebration of Lincoln Center’s 50th Anniversary.
- The new James Turrell Museum of the Hess Art Collection will celebrate its opening on April 22 in Colome, Argentina. The museum is the only one worldwide dedicated specifically to the work of Turrell (Season 1).
