New York Close Up’s short film Caroline Woolard Flips the Real Estate Script will be screening this Saturday in Los Angeles as part of the New Urbanism Film Festival’s series on “Growing Community.” This is the first acceptance for this film, and New York Close Up’s second acceptance at this festival.
